If you have the time and determination to carry cheap mattresses out all the tasks involved in selling a property, then a private sale is the way for you to go, and the money you save will be well earned.
If, however, you do not have time and the inclination to learn the ins and outs of being your own estate agent, then the fees you pay will be well spent.
